Content of Facilitator Training

THRIVE facilitator training is conducted online by Webinar (viewing your computer screen and listening by telephine). During the Webinars, you will learn how to:

  1. Present and describe each of the seven sectors of a Sphere-Chart and each of the relationship nodes on the template.
  2. Preview THRIVE Sphere-Charts in terms of matches, gaps, trends, connections and patterns between partner responses in each of the seven sectors (in preparation for facilitating a couple's review (feedback) session).
  3. Review THRIVE Sphere-Charts with couples, facilitating constructive-productive couple conversations using the tool.
  4. Position THRIVE for use in your practice.
